Personnel très accueillant. La boutique n'est pas évidente à trouver au départ. Il faut descendre à l'arrêt de tram qui est au pied de l'escalier à l'entrée de la gare, sur la droite il y a un accès à la galerie en sous sol, il y a une fontaine. La boutique est sur la droite, elle fait aussi du change bancaire.

Great experience! The place was easy to find, it is a gift shop but they keep the bags in the back. No other customer has access to them or other people booking through these types of websites. They were cordial and friendly both at check in and check out. It's straight across from Penn Station so that was great! Great for a day trip to the city. Would definitely recommend!
