I was cheated by tour company. I was given wrong information before booking that I could store till 23.00 and it was a locker. After I arrived to the location first the officer took picture of the luggahhe and did my check in at the same time and told me that it was possible to store for yesterday till 19.30 and it qas not a locker was a storage room. Ghen I said that I did not want so he checked out and told me that I could go to one of the metro station which was 20 mins far than I asked him about refund he said he could not any thing and told me to write your help desk than I did than I was told that your system did not allow me.to get refund as I did check in and out which is unacceptable and un fare
