A very friendly gentleman who took our suitcases. The mobile phone/souvenir shop opens at 10 am and is very easy to find if you enter the underground station by the Alster, right next to the sightseeing boats and the tourist information office, next to Café Mio. A lift and a flight of stairs lead there.
Sehr freundlicher Herr, der unsere Koffer entgegengenommen hat. Der Handy/Souvenirshop öffnet um 10 Uhr und ist super zu finden, wenn man die U-Bahn-Station an der Alster direkt bei den Ausflugsbooten/der Touristeninfo neben dem Café Mio betritt. Ein Aufzug und eine Treppe führen dorthin.

Was able to drop off and pickup quickly and easily. We left our large packs while we spent 3 days in Cefalu and picked them between trains heading from Cefalu and the Airport. 10-15 minutes between trains was ample time to retrieve our luggage.

Everything went smoothly. It would be helpful to have a clearer description of which shop to go into – it was a bit confusing, as I was expecting a dedicated luggage storage facility rather than a sports shop.

Very friendly staff. Close to the station. The only downside is that there’s no sign, and the place doesn’t match the name given on the app. We had to ask for directions. That said, it’s a bakery that sells delicious sandwiches and pastries.
