Difficult to find. Directions and an explanation of where it is definitely needs to be added. Once found the staff were really helpful. I would use again now I know where it is located - guest services on the very bottom floor - not the floor coming in from Princess Street - the floor below.

I left my suitcase at Luggage Storage Termini - Radical Storage and the experience was excellent. The booking process was very easy, the place is really close to Termini station and the staff were friendly from the start. The drop off and pick up was quick, no queues, no hassle and my suitcase was kept perfectly safe. A very practical option for getting around Rome without carrying anything. Highly recommended.

This Carrefour baggage storage service was very efficient. Staff were very professional and extremely friendly. Few of them speak very good English.
