Our Angel was delightful! She was very friendly and I felt great leaving our bags with her. We used the service between two AirBnB locations and didn’t want to haul the luggage around all day. She was kind enough to even put our homemade pasta sauce in the freezer.

Great and very convenient place to leave our bags for the day! The employees are very nice and understanding, and they make sure that our bags are kept safe by putting a tag on them and then keeping them in the back of the store. We were given a heads up of when the store closes and just to make sure to be back before then. It was a quick and breezy process! We will be back, thank you!!

This was a lifesaver for me. I had been travelling for a few weeks and needed to go to London just for the day. The prospect of carrying a 22 kg case all the way to London and back was daunting. The staff were great, the luggage was stored securely and I just took a few personal items to London. It was quick and convenient to pick up my luggage on return.

The Angel service was very conveniently located near Southern Cross Station in Melbourne. We used in on our last day in Melbourne & it allowed us to free ourselves of our 22 kilo cases for the day. Without Angel we would have been forced to go straight to our boring Airport Hotel & miss a last day of valuable sight seeing.
