Our Angel was delightful! She was very friendly and I felt great leaving our bags with her. We used the service between two AirBnB locations and didn’t want to haul the luggage around all day. She was kind enough to even put our homemade pasta sauce in the freezer.

Great and very convenient place to leave our bags for the day! The employees are very nice and understanding, and they make sure that our bags are kept safe by putting a tag on them and then keeping them in the back of the store. We were given a heads up of when the store closes and just to make sure to be back before then. It was a quick and breezy process! We will be back, thank you!!

When we arrived the hostel to drop the luggage the reception was closed, we had to wait for the guy to come back, it took 5 minutes and luckily we were not in a rush. Apart from that it was everything really quick and easy.

My partner & I arrived into Brisbane City with 2 large suitcases, 5 hours before our Airbnb check-in. As we are adventurous people and wanted to explore the city on foot, carting our suitcases around with us would have limited our mobility. A Google search looking at luggage storage revealed something we have never heard of previously – Radical Storage. Conveniently, one of Radical Storage’s ‘Angels’ (a large hostel) were located 50m from the train station which we arrived at from the airport. We actually thought that Radical Storage seemed too cheap & too good to be real, however we searched reviews which revealed the company’s legitimacy and decided to book our bags in. Upon arrival at Radical Storage’s ‘Angel’, we were joyfully greeted and had our suitcases stored in a locked room. Long story short, we explored Brisbane freely, had a great day & collected our bags from the ‘Angel’ later that afternoon. Using this service had a massive impact on our first day in Brisbane. I have recommended this service to many fellow travellers and friends alike.
