The luggage drop-off and pick-up were super uncomplicated. Only a few minutes walk from the subway station, which does not have an escalator. The contact was very nice and friendly, the suitcase was picked up in the same condition as we dropped it off.

Die Koffer Abgabe und Abholung waren super unkompliziert. Nur einige Gehminuten von der UBahnstation entfernt, die allerdings keine Rolltreppe hat. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und freundlich, der Kofferwurde im gleichen Zustand abgeholt wie wir ihn abgegeben haben.
