I used this service in Hongdae, Korea.The first time I was not sure and emailed them and they emailed me right back. The place I used was unoccupied, so the system was to ring the bell and wait 3 minutes for a staff member to come. I think first time users will be confused because there is no staff, but if there is a call bell on the side or something, you can call the staff there. It was very easy to use and we used it a second time. I would definitely use it again.

韓国ホンデで利用しました。1回目は分からずメールで連絡したらすぐにメール帰ってきました。私が使ったところは人がいないところだったので、ベルを鳴らして3分ほど待つとスタッフさんが来てくれるシステムでした。初めての人はスタッフがいなくて混乱すると思いますが、横とかに呼び出しベルがあればそちらでスタッフ呼んでください。とても使いやすくて2回目も利用しました。ぜひまた利用したいです。
