It was located in cafe called aurel, which I had not been informed prior to the booking. When we finally found it, we tried to scan the QR-code provided to us and it failed. I was not able to store my luggage and just settled on going to the beach with my suitcase. I then contacted support two days later (after I was back in my home country), by which I was refused a refund in actual money, but offered a refund in their own store credit since I had not contacted them on the same day it happened. Wow, why does it matter when I contact them two days later? At the end of the day I paid for nothing. Probably just an excuse to deny my actual refund.
Tldr: Tourist scam company sent me a faulty QR-code and refused my refund only because I contacted them TWO days later.
Would give 0 stars if possible.
