My biggest gripe about using your service is that your confirmation email assumes the user knows how your service works. I acknowledge you’re email shows the name A Tailors Cut, but at the time that name meant nothing to me, hence I was looking around for about 20 minutes, walking the streets in an unknown location, trying to find a Radical Storage outlet sign. I had to ask a few people in the street if they’d ever heard of the company and no one had. Simone did say they had seen luggage being taken into a particular building so I just buzzed each business from the front security door until I eventually came across A Tailors Cut. The owner came and let me in and seemed to know about our baggage, but again being a visitor to the country we were rather apprehensive and wondered if we were getting scammed. Thankfully we weren’t. Could I recommend your confirmation emails make it clear that, as in our instance, we should not look for a Radical Storage but the true businesses name. Otherwise it worked well. Note. The 1 star deduction is aimed at you, not A Tailors Cut. Thank you.
