Drop off was absolutely fine. However, pick up was disappointing. Firstly, they had no system for pick up. I got sent downstairs, then back up stairs, then back down again. A worker then showed me all the luggage they had which was stored under a staircase and totally accessible to everyone. He said “just take which is yours” without checking any details. This seems really unsafe!

The suitcases were not guarded but were a little hidden, also nobody helped to carry the suitcases up again, nevertheless they were very uncomplicated there
