We booked luggage storage online at the very last minute while we were at the airport. When we arrived about half an hour later, unfortunately no one was there. We contacted them via WhatsApp and had to wait around 30 minutes for a girl to arrive.
That said, everyone was very kind and friendly, apologized for the wait, and even allowed us to leave our backpack together with the suitcase at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. Overall, a positive experience despite the initial wait.

One thing to note: two separate Uber drivers tried dropping us off at a different location - apparently to another street with the same name. I’m not sure what the glitch is, but maybe verify before hand when getting dropped off that your destination is behind Long Street, near the Iziko South African Museum, even if you’ve entered the correct destination.
