Easy to use app, which explained everything, gave clear instructions and directions. Staff where friendly when we arrived. Our cases were locked in luggage room. Will definitely be using again.

Perfect location if you are in the center of the old city of Krakow, friendly staff. No delivery feedback though, so anyone could have picked up the luggage. I, however, forgot to take a picture of my backpack when I dropped it off.

Posizione perfetta se si è in centro della città vecchia di Cracovia, personale gentile. Nessun riscontro però della consegna, quindi chiunque avrebbe potuto prelevare il bagaglio. Io però ho dimenticato di fare la foto al mio zaino quando l'ho lasciato.
