It was easy to find. The staff spoke English, but not so well and we had some communication issues. They thought we were about to stay in their hotel. But all in all, everything was great!

Storage at black pearl ship was good,but I was originally booked at church of St John which had been closed for ages by look of it. Then took nearly an hour to sort out.
So we were left standing in street with suitcases waiting ,then had another walk to the black pearl. No compensation for time and trouble. Bad experience.
