팜 데저트의 호텔에서 체크아웃을 마친 후, 미리 짐을 맡기기로 예약해 둔 팜 스프링스의 호텔에 도착했을 때 그곳에서 서비스를 제공해 주지 않아 정말 난처한 상황에 처했습니다. 다행히 이곳에서는 해당 서비스를 이용할 수 있었고, 직원들의 따뜻한 환영을 받으며 짐도 잘 관리해 주었기에, 저녁 비행기를 타기 전까지 몇 시간 동안 더 편안하게 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다.

We found ourselves in a real pinch when we checked out of our hotel in Palm Desert and the hotel in Palm Springs who we prearranged to store our bags there declined to provide that service when we got on site. Thankfully this service was available and we were greeted warmly and our bags were well cared for and we were then able to spend several more relaxing hours before our flight left in the evening.

이곳에 들어서는 순간 느낌이 달랐습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 레스토랑 식품 보관실에 짐 2개를 넣는 것이 이상하게 느껴졌습니다. 그래서 특별한 공간이나 선반에 넣었습니다. 물건을 찾으러 돌아왔을 때 모든 것이 잘 되어 있었습니다. 확실히 무언가를 먹거나 마시고 싶은 사람이 드롭하거나 픽업하기 쉬운 곳입니다.

Entering the place felt different. The staff was helpful and friendly. Felt strange to put our 2 pieces of luggage in the restaurant food storage room. So special area or rack to put it. All was well when we returned to pick the items up. Certainly an easy place for someone that wants to eat or drink something at drop of or pick up.

Super easy, fast, and friendly! We left 3 bags here after checkout from our hotel so that we could go on a long hike on our last day in Palm Springs. Highly recommended!
