Nos encontramos en un verdadero aprieto cuando dejamos el hotel en Palm Desert y el hotel de Palm Springs, con el que habíamos acordado previamente que nos guardaran el equipaje, se negó a prestarnos ese servicio al llegar allí. We found ourselves in a real pinch when we checked out of our hotel in Palm Desert and the hotel in Palm Springs who we prearranged to store our bags there declined to provide that service when we got on site. Thankfully this service was available and we were greeted warmly and our bags were well cared for and we were then able to spend several more relaxing hours before our flight left in the evening.

Entering the place felt different. The staff was helpful and friendly. Felt strange to put our 2 pieces of luggage in the restaurant food storage room. So special area or rack to put it. All was well when we returned to pick the items up. Certainly an easy place for someone that wants to eat or drink something at drop of or pick up.

¡Super fácil, rápido y amable! Dejamos 3 maletas aquí después de la salida de nuestro hotel para que pudiéramos ir a una larga caminata en nuestro último día en Palm Springs. ¡Muy recomendable!

Super easy, fast, and friendly! We left 3 bags here after checkout from our hotel so that we could go on a long hike on our last day in Palm Springs. Highly recommended!
