Ficámos numa situação realmente complicada quando fizemos o check-out do nosso hotel em Palm Desert e o hotel em Palm Springs, com o qual tínhamos combinado previamente guardar as nossas malas, recusou prestar esse serviço quando chegámos ao local. We found ourselves in a real pinch when we checked out of our hotel in Palm Desert and the hotel in Palm Springs who we prearranged to store our bags there declined to provide that service when we got on site. Thankfully this service was available and we were greeted warmly and our bags were well cared for and we were then able to spend several more relaxing hours before our flight left in the evening.

Ao entrar no local sentimo-nos diferentes. Os funcionários foram prestáveis e simpáticos. Parecia estranho colocar as nossas 2 peças de bagagem na sala de armazenamento de alimentos do restaurante. Entering the place felt different. The staff was helpful and friendly. Felt strange to put our 2 pieces of luggage in the restaurant food storage room. So special area or rack to put it. All was well when we returned to pick the items up. Certainly an easy place for someone that wants to eat or drink something at drop of or pick up.

Super fácil, rápido e amigável! Deixámos 3 malas aqui depois do check-out do nosso hotel para que pudéssemos fazer uma longa caminhada no nosso último dia em Palm Springs. Altamente recomendado!

Super easy, fast, and friendly! We left 3 bags here after checkout from our hotel so that we could go on a long hike on our last day in Palm Springs. Highly recommended!
