Helpful and kind staff. However, I needed to pick my luggage before 6pm even though I could choose that time. They said there is no staff between 6-8pm so we have to wait 2 hours if we don’t come by 5:30. It was ok for me but I hope they update the pick-up time. Thank you!

Friendly service but when we reached the office we were informed that they did not close at 9p.m. as shown both in Google and in site but at 5 p.m., which really upset our plan. It is difficult to find, as other users have also pointed out. The team there tried to find a solution and offered us to take our suitcase and backpack to a hostel the same company owned, open 24/7. It was 20'+ walk uphill and carrying heavy stuff. The staff there was also friendly and we also had a chance to rest at the location's lounge. A sincere thank you to both teams, which tried to accommodate out needs. Since everything is done online, there should be a warning about opening hours, whichever those may be. There is a storage room at the nearby metro station, which closes a lot later and we could have used to save us both time, walking with heavy bags as well as frustration.
