Was alright, I didn't take a picture of my bag to show on return but I did give a detailed description of it - that didn't help much, because the guy barely spoke english. But we managed

웨이벌리역에서 가까운 거리에 있고 저렴하게 이용가능합니다. 그러나 구글맵에 주소가 잘못되어 있어 30분 이상 찾지못하고 리뷰를 보고 찾아갔습니다. 표지판도 없고 상가안에 있어 찾기가 힘들었습니다. 직원은 매우 사무적으로 응대해서서비스정신은 기대할수 없었습니다. 그동안 30개 이상의 나라를 여행하면서 경험한 바로는 만족하다고 할수가 없어 유감입니다.

The storage location with its proximity to the train station was good. The store was a little tricky to find as there is building works next door and this made the shops visibility from the street a bit of an issue. Especially as the actual directions location on my confirmation takes you to the incorrect location. It takes you further up the road. The man behind the counter was miserable and barely legible, just muttered. Lacked any form of what I expect from good customer service.

Decent storage facility.

Radical Storage over-subscribed the store, and so they had no space left in the staff-only secure storage room. Bags were left on the floor in the aisles and on top of shelves. The staff in the store were helpful and were doing their best to look after everything, but the issue is that the Radical Storage portal allowed more bags to be booked than the space allowed.
