We made a reservation first thing in the morning and paid. When we arrived, after dragging our backs through half the city, we were told there was no room for the bags (two carryon size backpacks). After arguing for a few minutes he did eventually take them and they were there to pick up when promised, and seemed cared for well enough, but the whole experience was unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant. Location was convenient and price reasonable.
