In the end it all went fine, but the check-in process was a bit odd as the guy at the store wasn't much eager to provide any instructions but simply told me to leave the luggage in the middle of the store and bye bye. I took a leap of faith and went out. When I came back hours later I saw he had stored it upon the fridge with a dozen of others, so it was fine (safe), but even then he was not very talkative / helpful and I struggle to understand what I was supposed to do to collect it back.

We made a reservation first thing in the morning and paid. When we arrived, after dragging our backs through half the city, we were told there was no room for the bags (two carryon size backpacks). After arguing for a few minutes he did eventually take them and they were there to pick up when promised, and seemed cared for well enough, but the whole experience was unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant. Location was convenient and price reasonable.
