電話で連絡するとすぐにスタッフが来て、荷物を預かってくれました。

We found the depot easily. Since it was a Velobike venue, we took the opportunity to take a guided tour of Ortigia--Nicholas, our guide was great. We then picked up our luggage in a few minutes before departure. Recommended!
