I saw reviews saying it's hard to find, so I hope this helps. First, use the taxi drop-off point in the building or go inside the Square and search for the location of the store called 'Turtle' (or you can search using the storage name exactly). Once you reach Turtle, go straight ahead where you'll find an escalator; go down to B1, turn right, and go straight in. You'll find 'May Tailor' there, which is where you can drop off your luggage (it seems to be run in conjunction with the dressmaking shop). Have a great trip! The interior is quite large, so if you arrive at the Square and are looking for it, please allow about 20 minutes to spare!

friendly and helpful staff, a bit difficult to find the way there.

The handling and reception of our belongings was very polite and reassuring. I think the price was fair, but the location was very confusing.
