Really good service and customer care… I had a problem with the wheels on my suitcase; I went to go on my tour of Pisa and, whilst I was there, to buy some spare parts, and the staff let me fix them in the shop… I’m really grateful for that. 🙌🫶

An excellent experience, with one small but important detail regarding the location The experience was top-notch. The lady who runs the place was absolutely lovely: extremely friendly, cheerful, smiling and very pleasant. She put us completely at ease and made us feel confident about leaving our luggage there. The suitcases are stored inside the shop’s own storeroom, not in a separate left-luggage facility, but we felt completely at ease and secure. One area for improvement is that the location can be quite difficult to find. The service is located inside a corner grocery shop, and the small sign on the door is very discreet. Furthermore, the number listed in the address is a few metres away from the entrance and corresponds to several premises, so it’s easy to get confused when arriving on foot. It would be highly advisable for the service information to clearly state something like: “The left-luggage service is inside the corner grocery shop”, accompanied, if possible, by a photo of the shop front or the entrance. Apart from that minor difficulty in finding it, we would definitely go back. The lady’s attentive service, trustworthiness and friendliness make this a highly recommended place to leave your luggage.

Una experiencia excelente, con un pequeño detalle importante de ubicación La experiencia fue de 10. El trato de la señora que atiende el establecimiento fue exquisito: súper amable, simpática, sonriente y muy agradable. Nos transmitió mucha tranquilidad y confianza al dejar allí nuestro equipaje. Las maletas quedan guardadas dentro del almacén del propio establecimiento, no en una consigna independiente, pero estuvimos completamente tranquilos y seguros. Como punto a mejorar, la ubicación puede resultar bastante difícil de encontrar. El servicio está dentro de una tienda de productos de alimentación que hace esquina, y el pequeño cartel de la puerta es muy discreto. Además, el número que aparece en la dirección queda unos metros separado del acceso y corresponde a varios locales, por lo que al llegar a pie es fácil confundirse. Sería muy recomendable que en la información del servicio se indicara claramente algo como: “El servicio de consigna está dentro de la tienda de alimentación situada en la esquina”, acompañado, si es posible, de una foto de la fachada o de la entrada. Salvando ese pequeño inconveniente para localizarlo, repetiríamos sin ninguna duda. La atención, la confianza y la amabilidad de la señora hacen que sea un lugar totalmente recomendable para dejar el equipaje.
