Excellent
This was an excellent service. Very easy to book online. The hotel was so close to the station that we walked right past it, we were expecting a longer walk. So the bag storage was efficient, but what made this excellent was the hotel staff. They greeted us warmly, asked if we wished to use their toilet facilities and then took the time to give us a map of Pisa, tell us about the best walking route to see the sights, where to eat to avoid the tourist trap. Great advice which allowed us to make the most of 5 hours in Pisa.

We were so glad to have booked through Radical Storage. Our Angel was next to the train station and it took us less than 5 minutes to deposit our bags and be on our way to see Florence. Great and efficient service. Other travelers, using the traditional baggage drop off at the train station, were waiting for over 2 hours to get their luggage deposited. Thank you again.
