No hay taquillas ni nada parecido. El equipaje lo 'vigila' una persona junto con el resto de equipajes del resto de clientes. Ni siquiera vigilan que te lleves el tuyo. Apenas están separados unos de otros y no hay trazabilidad ninguna. Podría haberme llevado alguna maleta que no fuera mía o más maletas de las que dejé. Está custodiado por una tablón de madera que deslizan en el mismo locutorio y que hace de 'barrera' para que supuestamente nadie pueda acceder. Sensación de inseguridad.

it was okay, the lady working there very nice. but the place was not the safest as well as the surroundings. i did not feel safe, so i would stick to the upper part of the city instead of the lower one

The place where the luggage is left is a call shop about 2 minutes from the train station in Murcia. We had no problems either in the delivery or collection of the suitcases. We made the reservation only an hour before dropping off the luggage and the process was quick and uneventful.
El lugar en el que se dejan las maletas es un locutorio a unos 2 minutos de la estación de tren de Murcia. No tuvimos ningún problema ni en la entrega ni en la recogida de las maletas. Hicimos la reserva solo una hora antes de dejar las maletas y el proceso fue rápido y sin incidentes.
