Everything was perfect, they were friendly and quick. The shop is also in a strategic location, very close to the Palermo bus station and 5 minutes from Ballarò.

I went thinking I could drop off my luggage right on the spot, but that wasn't the case! Reservations are a must~ Since it's just a service provided by the supermarket, I walked right past it thinking it wasn't a storage facility lol. I was a little worried, but they took excellent care of our belongings!! They are very kind :)

I made a stop in NYC and took the opportunity to visit some tourist spots, and I didn't want to carry backpacks. I found this Radical Storage location right next to Jamaica Station. I was a little apprehensive because the neighborhood isn't very inviting, but I trusted the friendly and attentive barber. I had zero problems! My backpacks were safe and I was able to enjoy the day comfortably.

This was the easiest process. Made the reservation on line. Walked in, scanned my QR code, took a photos and we were on our way. 3 bags within 2 blocks of Penn Station NYC was less than $30. When we returned to retrieve them, scanned the QR code, got my luggage and was on my way to meet the train. No hassles of having to return to the hotel. Very convenient. Would 1000% use this service again.

Easy and cheap service. Close enough to the station. The people who worked there were nice and it was very smooth. The only thing is, it was very hard to find. I was walking around for 10 minutes. It is inside THE BIKE SHOP. Also you have to book online, you can’t just show up I don’t think.

Everything was perfect. Julian was a sweetheart and incredibly attentive. The location is fantastic when you have a few hours between flights. We took an Uber from the airport to the hotel, walked to the Japanese garden and the planetarium, and then went back to pick up our bags. Everything was perfect.
