it was perfect!
My husband and I used Radical Storage while we were in Florence only for 1 day and it was perfect! Our Angel was located very close to the Florence Train station which made it really easy to drop our bags in the morning, explore for the day, and pick them up later when our train left again. No lines to fight at the train station and very friendly staff on hand when we dropped and picked up our bags. Online payment was very easy too, especially since we only found out about the service the night before we needed it. I would definitely recommend and use again!

Perfect service
Perfect service, I was in a bind with my luggage on my last day, most places check out is at 11:00 or 3:00 (15:00) or the tours like Vatican won't allow big luggage bags in. I discovered this awesome service by chance and I highly recommend it. I walked in with bags, signed that I was leaving them at this location 5 minutes from the Train Station, and continued on my last couple tours that day. Picked them up at 5 and left. Flawless. couldn't have been happier
This was my first experience with Bag BNB and I couldn't have been happier!!
