Great location, the only gripe is the shop was not open when I went to leave my bag. I had to ring the shop owner and have a conversation with a heavy language barrier. I got my bag in about 20min after the booking. Other than that it was perfect

At first we were a little confused about having our luggage loaded in a kebab. But the owner was super nice and took good care of our things. He even offered us free coffee and tea while we were waiting for our bus. Everything went really well :)
Zuerst waren wir ein wenig verwirrt das wir unser Gepäck in einem Kebab laden lassen. Aber der Betreiber war super nett und hat gut auf unsere Sachen aufgepasst. Er hat uns sogar gratis Kaffee und Tee angeboten als wir noch auf unseren Bus gewartet haben. Alles ist super gelaufen :)

There were no problems with baggage collection or retrieval. On the other hand, I wasn't offered the right suitcase when I left, so I had to say it wasn't mine. Which means that someone could very well have left with my suitcase (!!). I think we need a tagging system to identify/tag the suitcases. The QR code I got wasn't scanned, it was photographed, so I think the team doesn't have the right equipment to record the reservation correctly. I am only notifying to improve these points which seem essential to me to avoid unpleasant surprises, otherwise the team is very friendly, and I was well received. Thank you
Pas eu de soucis pour la collecte des baggages ni pour la récupération. En revanche, on ne m'a pas proposé la bonne valise en repartant, j'ai du dire que ce n'était pas la mienne. Ce qui veut dire qu'une personne aurait très bien pu repartir avec ma valise (!!). Je pense qu'il faut prévoir un système d'étiquettes pour identifier/tagger les valises. Le QR code que j'ai obtenu n'a pas été scanné, il a été pris en photo, donc je pense que l'équipe n'a pas le bon matériel pour enregistrer correctement la réservation. Je notifie seulement pour améliorer ces points qui me semble essentiels pour éviter les mauvaises surprises, sinon l'équipe est très aimable, et j'ai été bien accueilli. Merci
