It was difficult to find the drop off, the directions given take you to a bank. I called the number and was directed to the correct location. All smooth from then on.

The location doesn't exist. After making my reservation, I opened the Google Maps link that was provided with my booking confirmation. There's a bank at the location, but no place to store luggage. I then contacted customer support, who only responded after half an hour. At least the refund of my booking fee went smoothly.

It went very well. Customers should know that it is handled by the store clerk and not locked up individually. I had to ask a neighbor to find the location as it looks like a convenience store from the street. No cash etc. Only through the app.
