Great. Right on shop street and beside the square, so made the day in Galway so much easier for us. Staff friendly and helpful

Check in was relatively easy. However, when we went to get our bags the second employee was a little gruff. I then saw where our bags were being kept, shoved into a small closet in the back of the store. This would have been ok if the suitcases hadn't fallen all over each other. When the worker pulled the suitcase out he was rough with it and it fell over. A little disappointing our personal items were not met with care and consideration.
