Dropping our bags was so much easier than I thought it would be. They scanned my QR code at drop off and took the bags then scanned again at pick up and gave them back. All with smiles and courtesy. I will use them again before w leave.

Very good experience, I couldn't pick up my suitcase in the evening and left it overnight as well, when I returned the next morning the attendant didn't have change for the extra payment (just 5€) and didn't even charge me for it. The environment does not convey much security, but it is hidden in an alley and I had no problems
