Maybe because I made the reservation on the same day, or perhaps because it hadn’t been processed yet when I arrived at the location, I was told, “We don’t have a reservation for you, so please go to another location.” I didn’t understand why I had to go somewhere else even though I’d already paid, but after using the app’s help feature and going back there, they took my luggage (though they seemed to do so reluctantly). It was my first time visiting that location and using the service, so I felt really anxious when I was told I couldn’t leave my luggage there… On top of that, the staff member sighed after I picked up my luggage… It made me realize that if I’d known I’d have to go through this, I should have made the reservation a few days earlier.

当日に予約した為か、予約した場所へ行ったら、反映されてなかったのか、あなたの予約はないから他の場所に行って、と言われました。もうお金も支払っているのに、なぜ他の場所に行かなくてはならないのかわからなかったが、アプリ内のヘルプを使い、もう一度行ったら(仕方ない感じで)預かってもらえました。初めて訪れた場所で初めて利用して、預けられないと聞いたときにはとても不安になりました… さらに荷物を受け取った後に溜息をつかれてしまった…こんな思いをするんだったら数日前に予約しておくべきだったなと思いました。
