A guy at the shop is very kind and helpful. He told me that I booked the storage at the other shop nearby which is permanetly closed. First I was so upset with the Radical Storage why it didn't remove inactive partner out of its booking platform. After messaging with its super responsive call center, they apologied and offered to look for another shop nearby. I told them to change my booking to the shop nearby. I have got new booking email for the service at the shop in no time. 👍

Super easy. This was my first time using this app and it was awesome. So easy to drop off a bag and the guy was super nice. Will be using this app again. Probably tomorrow.

El lugar muy céntrico y se siente un sitio seguro para guardar el equipaje, les colocan un elemento seriado al recibir tu equipaje para asegurar que las maletas no son manipuladas y lo retiran cuando te las entregan. Easy to find place. The guy behind the counter was nice. He checked in my bags and stored them behind the counter. Pick up was equally as easy. Will use Radical Storage again!

送り迎えも簡単。夜8時まで営業。駅からのアクセスが良い。ただ、店に入るまでに3段の大きな階段があるので、とても重いバッグを持っている人や、バッグを持って上がれない人は、それが問題になるかもしれない。帰りは、とても簡単に荷物を受け取ることができました。

Easy drop off and pick up. Open until 8pm. Easily accessible from the train station. Just had 3 large steps to get into the shop so if you have a very heavy bag or can not carry it up that may be an issue. Upon our return, was very easy to collect our bags.
