顧客サービスは素晴らしいです。荷物を抱えて2階へ上がらなければなりません。荷物はロッカーがなく、予約番号が記載されたステッカーが貼られているだけの廊下に、他の荷物と一緒に置かれることを承知しておく必要があります。

excelent customer service. You have to go upstaris with your luggage. You have to accrpt that the luggage will be in a hallway with another baggage without a locker and just with a sticker with your reservation.

手頃な価格でスーツケースを預けるには良い選択肢です。預かり所自体はかなり狭く、エレベーターもありません。階段を上る必要があります。

its a good option to store the suitcases at gest price. the storage place itself is pretty small and no evelator. you need to climb stairs

荷物は1週間無事に預かっていただきましたが、管理体制には改善の余地がありました。4つの荷物が施設内のあちこちに散らばっていて、すべてを見つけるのに15分以上もかかりました。ソウル駅の向かいという立地は非常に便利です。

Our luggage was stored safely for a week, but the organization was lacking. Our four luggage pieces were spread about the facility and it took a good 15 minutes for all of them to be located. Very conveniently located across from Seoul station.

ソウル駅での預かりが、エレベーターのない近くのホテルでの預かりを意味することを事前に知らなかった。スーツケースを引きずって階段を上らなければならなかった。それほど遠くないが、私は駅に預けるものだと思っていた。そのため、ホテルを探すのに時間がかかってしまいました。保管に関しては、他の問題はありませんでした。受け取り手続きもとても簡単でした。駅には他にも保管場所があります。

Didnt know before hand that the storage at Seoul station could mean storage at nearby hotels with no lifts/elevators. Had to lug our suitcases around and carry them up stairs. Wasnt too far, but I thought I would be storing them at the Station. Which was a bit misleading and we ended up spending too much time finding the hotel. No other problem with the storage, very clear process. Pickup process also very easy. There are other storage options at the station, not sure about expenses.

ソウル駅に近く、他のレビューにあるように階段を上らなければならないが、全体的に素晴らしい経験だった。

Place is close to Seoul station, there were stairs you had to walk up as other reviews mentioned but overall great experience we left 2 large 23kg bags for storage and was all in the price.
