수하물을 안전하게 보관할 수 있는 단골 장소입니다. 서울역 바로 옆에 위치해 있어 매우 편리합니다.

A repeated spot for safe luggage keeping. Very conveniently located next to seoul station.

수하물은 일주일 동안 안전하게 보관되었지만, 관리 체계가 미흡했습니다. 우리 일행의 수하물 4개가 시설 곳곳에 흩어져 있어서 모두 찾아내는 데만 15분이나 걸렸습니다. 서울역 맞은편에 위치해 있어 접근성이 매우 좋습니다.

Our luggage was stored safely for a week, but the organization was lacking. Our four luggage pieces were spread about the facility and it took a good 15 minutes for all of them to be located. Very conveniently located across from Seoul station.

서울역 보관소가 승강기나 엘리베이터가 없는 인근 호텔에 보관할 수 있다는 사실을 미처 몰랐어요. 여행 가방을 들고 계단을 올라가야 했어요. 그리 멀지 않은 거리였지만 역에 보관할 줄 알았어요. 약간 오해가 있었고 결국 호텔을 찾는 데 너무 많은 시간을 소비했습니다. 보관에 다른 문제는 없었고 절차도 매우 명확했습니다. 픽업 절차도 매우 쉬웠어요. 역에 다른 보관 옵션이 있는데 비용에 대해서는 잘 모르겠습니다.

Didnt know before hand that the storage at Seoul station could mean storage at nearby hotels with no lifts/elevators. Had to lug our suitcases around and carry them up stairs. Wasnt too far, but I thought I would be storing them at the Station. Which was a bit misleading and we ended up spending too much time finding the hotel. No other problem with the storage, very clear process. Pickup process also very easy. There are other storage options at the station, not sure about expenses.

장소는 서울역에서 가깝고 다른 리뷰에서 언급했듯이 걸어 올라가야하는 계단이 있었지만 전반적으로 훌륭한 경험 우리는 보관 용으로 2 개의 큰 23kg 가방을 남겼고 가격에 모두 포함되었습니다.

Place is close to Seoul station, there were stairs you had to walk up as other reviews mentioned but overall great experience we left 2 large 23kg bags for storage and was all in the price.

가방은 안전하지만 예약에 문제가 없었는데도 보관할 공간이 부족할 뻔했습니다. 공간이 전혀 없음

Bags safe, but almost didn’t have enough room to store them despite the booking showing no issue. Not a lot of space at all

안전하고 유일하게 어려운 것은 수하물을 손으로 들고 위층으로 올라가는 것입니다.

Good and safe location, but please note that you have to carry your luggage by hand to the 1st floor on a narrow staircase. But I would choose it again, because they were friendly and the location is safe and easy to access.
