Easy to book

Radical Storage était facile à réserver et le personnel était très sympathique. Je recommanderais lors de la révélation de l'adresse d'avoir une photo de la porte d'entrée avec le nom de l'auberge. Cela aurait facilité l'identification de l'endroit où je prenais mes bagages. Au début, c'était déroutant de savoir où j'allais et un agent de sécurité dans la rue m'a aidé à le trouver. Globalement, une bonne expérience.

Radical Storage was easy to book and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend when revealing the address to have a picture of the entry door with the name of the hostel. It would have made it easier to identify where I was taking my luggage. It was initially confusing to know where I was going and a security guard down the street helped me find it. Overall a good experience.

In overall it was a positive experience but need improvement

Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous n'avons trouvé personne, seulement des personnes dans l'auberge qui ne savaient rien et n'avaient aucun contact avec l'ange. Il y avait un téléphone sur la fenêtre et pas de réponse au téléphone Nous sommes arrivés exactement à l'heure de prise en charge et nous avons attendu plus de 15 minutes et en fait nous étions sur le point de partir car nous pensions que quelque chose n'allait pas Mais finalement l'ange est venu il était gentil et serviable La prise en charge a été plus fluide, nous avions le téléphone de l'Ange afin que nous puissions le prévenir lorsque nous étions sur le point d'arriver Le principal problème est donc le manque de clarté et de moyens de communication pour le dépôt Le numéro Whatsapp doit être fourni avant notre première arrivée. L'emplacement de l'endroit était également un peu problématique, il n'était pas facile d'obtenir un Uber à cet endroit

When we arrived we did not find anybody only people in the hostel that did not know anything and did not have any contact to the Angel There was a phone on the window and no answer to the phone We arrived exactly at the pick up time and we waited more than 15 min and actually we were about to leave because we thought something wrong But finally the angel came he was nice and helpful The pick up was smoother we had the phone of the Angel so we could advise him when we were about to arrive So the main problem is the lack of clarity and communications ways for the drop off Whatsapp number should be provided before we arrive first time The location of the place was also a bit problematic it was not easy to get an Uber from the that place
