Easy to book

Radical Storage foi fácil de reservar e a equipe foi muito simpática. Recomendo ao revelar o endereço ter uma foto da porta de entrada com o nome do hostel. Teria facilitado a identificação de onde eu estava levando minha bagagem. Inicialmente foi confuso saber para onde eu estava indo e um segurança na rua me ajudou a encontrá-lo. No geral, uma boa experiência.

Radical Storage was easy to book and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend when revealing the address to have a picture of the entry door with the name of the hostel. It would have made it easier to identify where I was taking my luggage. It was initially confusing to know where I was going and a security guard down the street helped me find it. Overall a good experience.

Quando chegamos não encontramos ninguém apenas pessoas no albergue que não sabiam de nada e não tinham nenhum contato com o Anjo Havia um telefone na janela e ninguém atendeu o telefone Chegamos exatamente no horário de pick up e esperamos mais de 15 min e na verdade estávamos prestes a sair porque pensamos em algo errado Mas finalmente o anjo veio, ele foi legal e prestativo A coleta foi mais tranquila, tínhamos o telefone do Anjo para que pudéssemos avisá-lo quando estávamos prestes a chegar Portanto, o principal problema é a falta de clareza e formas de comunicação para o drop off O número do Whatsapp deve ser fornecido antes de chegarmos pela primeira vez A localização do local também foi um pouco problemática, não foi fácil conseguir um Uber naquele local
