Radical Storage was easy to book and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend when revealing the address to have a picture of the entry door with the name of the hostel. It would have made it easier to identify where I was taking my luggage. It was initially confusing to know where I was going and a security guard down the street helped me find it. Overall a good experience.

When we arrived we did not find anybody only people in the hostel that did not know anything and did not have any contact to the Angel There was a phone on the window and no answer to the phone We arrived exactly at the pick up time and we waited more than 15 min and actually we were about to leave because we thought something wrong But finally the angel came he was nice and helpful The pick up was smoother we had the phone of the Angel so we could advise him when we were about to arrive So the main problem is the lack of clarity and communications ways for the drop off Whatsapp number should be provided before we arrive first time The location of the place was also a bit problematic it was not easy to get an Uber from the that place
