Good experience overall. Booked with Radical Storage same day. We paid 3€ extra for flexible pick up and drop off but it was kinda unnecessary since I thought this location said it’s 24 hours but there’s not always an attendant there. Luckily we discussed a tentative time of pick up while dropping off our bags and that did not conflict as to when no one would be there. In case of emergency, we also got the telephone number of the owner (I presume). He was very nice and the storage was just up a couple stairs from the check-in desk in a locked closet. Had no issues picking up our luggage later and we didn’t get all the luggage at once either. I was surprised they didn’t have a system about whose luggage is who’s or a number tag to ensure no one steals someone else’s luggage on accident. They were not terribly busy so maybe it’s not an issue here but it may be a good idea to implement.

Super handy

Personne à l’accueil de l’hôtel le matin, on s'est débrouillé avec d'autres clients pour mettre les valises dans des casiers où une consigne de 2 € est demandée. Au retour, une personne était là et cela à faciliter nos échanges.

Easy checkin/out. Super convenient location. Only negative was getting our big heavy luggage up some stairs, which I didnt know when I booked however the office the luggage was stored was locked and very secure so we felt confident our stuff was safe while we were out.
