The only thing we weren’t happy with was that when we went to collect our suitcases, there was no one there, and the front door and the room door were opened by another girl who was just dropping off some luggage at that very moment, without much supervision. Otherwise, a great location and it was easy to get in touch with the managers via WhatsApp.

Good experience overall. Booked with Radical Storage same day. We paid 3€ extra for flexible pick up and drop off but it was kinda unnecessary since I thought this location said it’s 24 hours but there’s not always an attendant there. Luckily we discussed a tentative time of pick up while dropping off our bags and that did not conflict as to when no one would be there. In case of emergency, we also got the telephone number of the owner (I presume). He was very nice and the storage was just up a couple stairs from the check-in desk in a locked closet. Had no issues picking up our luggage later and we didn’t get all the luggage at once either. I was surprised they didn’t have a system about whose luggage is who’s or a number tag to ensure no one steals someone else’s luggage on accident. They were not terribly busy so maybe it’s not an issue here but it may be a good idea to implement.

There was no one at the hotel reception in the morning, so we managed with other guests to put our suitcases in lockers where a €2 deposit was charged. On our return, someone was there to facilitate our exchanges.

Personne à l’accueil de l’hôtel le matin, on s'est débrouillé avec d'autres clients pour mettre les valises dans des casiers où une consigne de 2 € est demandée. Au retour, une personne était là et cela à faciliter nos échanges.

Easy checkin/out. Super convenient location. Only negative was getting our big heavy luggage up some stairs, which I didnt know when I booked however the office the luggage was stored was locked and very secure so we felt confident our stuff was safe while we were out.
