When we arrived we were told that there was no space to hold our 2 items. We were sent to a second location further away from where we wanted to be. When we arrived there, we were also told that they were full, however after some time on the phone to the first location, they made an exception and took the luggage. Overall, not the best experience when you've paid for a service which isn't delivered upon.

The storage is well situated to Sloane Square tube station. However despite having a paid booking and arriving at around 11am we were told the storage was full! I obviously said how can you turn us away with a paid booking? The only reason the site took our bags was because they were small.

I pre booked/paid for my one small back pack and paid extra for flexible drop off/pick up. I arrived and I was the shop keeper seemed flustered but she took in my bag. The next customer wanting to drop off pre booked luggage was turned away as there was no more room. They were rightly annoyed. When I picked up my bag later the shop keeper said Radical never liaise with her about the number of bookings. Makes me unsure about relying on them again.

More information needs to be provided that the location is actually inside a dry cleaners! We were wandering around for ages trying to find it.

Booking was simple. Didn’t feel that secure as not given any sort of receipt to prove I had the right to collect a specific bag when I came back for it. Staff member ok but not particularly helpful
