We dropped off as booked but no security / booking check The hotel booked for storage had closed & was now under new name without any reference on Radical website Cases left with many others No checks on collection- we could have taken any bags. We were glad when we collected & our bags were still there ! Radical booking process is all very slick but they perhaps need to improve the quality of their partners
