他们接听电话很及时，但唯一的问题是地址有误，而且他们还没更正（其实地址没错，只是语言表达上有些困难）。这里离老城区稍远一些，大约15分钟路程，但离机场接驳车站非常近，只需6分钟左右。这里地势稍高，因此对残障人士来说有些不便。

They were responsive to phone calls but the only problem is that the address is wrong and they have not fixed it(it isnot but itis hard with laugage). It is a little bit far from Old City around 15 minutes but it is really close to airport shuttle around 6 minutes. It is a little bit up here so it is hard for people with disability

如果你在杜布罗夫尼克老城区附近，而且随身携带行李箱，甚至是大型背包，我强烈建议你乘坐出租车前往这家寄存点的所在地，因为那里位于陡峭的山坡上，还有许多台阶。除此之外，行李存放得很安全，房东甚至提供30欧元的机场接送服务。接送过程顺畅快捷。我们约定在当地一个海滩上车，随后带着完好无损的行李顺利抵达了机场。下次肯定还会再用这个服务，谢谢安东尼奥！ :)

If you are around the old town of Dubrovnik and if you are traveling with suitcases, or even large backpacks, I strongly advise you to take a taxi to the location of this storage place, as it up a steep hill and many stairs. Other than that, the bags were secure and the host even offers transportation to the airport for 30e. The transport was smooth and quick. We arranged to be picked up from a local beach and made our way to the airport with our safe and sound bags. Would definitely use this again, thanks Antonio! :)

Excellent service. Found the place easily. We dropped of our bags, went to beach and in the afternoon got also transportation to the airport with fair price.

有一位非常和蔼且乐于助人的女士帮我们拿行李，并带我们走了一条通往历史中心的捷径。唯一的缺点是，那条路坡度相当陡。地图上显示的地址是这栋房子另一侧的。你需要绕过房子（继续往山上走），找到描述中图示的下车地点那扇门。

There was very pleasant and helpful lady taking our luggage and showing us the shortcut to the historic centre. The only minus is, that it's in quite steep hill. Maps show you the address from the other side of house. You need to go around the house (more up the hill) and find the door pictured in the description of the drop-off location.
