Very easy. Good communication and helped us getting to the airport. Would recommended

They were responsive to phone calls but the only problem is that the address is wrong and they have not fixed it(it isnot but itis hard with laugage). It is a little bit far from Old City around 15 minutes but it is really close to airport shuttle around 6 minutes. It is a little bit up here so it is hard for people with disability

If you are around the old town of Dubrovnik and if you are traveling with suitcases, or even large backpacks, I strongly advise you to take a taxi to the location of this storage place, as it up a steep hill and many stairs. Other than that, the bags were secure and the host even offers transportation to the airport for 30e. The transport was smooth and quick. We arranged to be picked up from a local beach and made our way to the airport with our safe and sound bags. Would definitely use this again, thanks Antonio! :)

Excellent service. Found the place easily. We dropped of our bags, went to beach and in the afternoon got also transportation to the airport with fair price.

There was very pleasant and helpful lady taking our luggage and showing us the shortcut to the historic centre. The only minus is, that it's in quite steep hill. Maps show you the address from the other side of house. You need to go around the house (more up the hill) and find the door pictured in the description of the drop-off location.
