Bag bnb was fantastic! It was super easy to just drop off our bags and then picked them up when we were ready. The Angel was very polite and we were well looked after. Would definitely use Radical Storage again.

My experience was great! I had a big case & a heavy backpack! Couldn't check into my place for long weekend until 3pm so having a place to leave my stuff while we explored city was great relief! It was snowing a lot too so I don't really know what I would have done otherwise. The lady we left our stuff with was super nice & accommodating. It was really easy too book and find. No trouble dropping off or picking up our stuff. Didn't cost too much either, well worth the money. Definitely recommended, would use again for sure! Thanks Radical Storage!

Experience was fairly good we used a taxi to the drop point, they were open when we arrived and we sorted the luggage and left it in their secure area. On our return we ate in the restaurant and they gave us a discount as Radical Storage customers. The only downside the restaurant does not book cabs and we had a little difficulty finding two in rush hour for the trip back to JFK. So we would probably recommend Uber for transport back to the airport in rush hour. Overall it worked out as planned and gave us that extra few hours in Manhattan with no luggage to worry about.
