You must go to the town. The nearest storage is located at Cafe Filo. Luggage is accepted and returned by waiters. They are very friendly, but you have to wait while they serve customers: make coffee, cocktails, etc. Therefore, if you're late for transport (train or bus), you may be late. Or arrive early.
