我们（准时）到达时，店里已经关门了，只好打电话让店主过来给我们开门。他态度还算友好，但对我们不得不等待这件事却毫不在意。我向他出示了预订邮件上标注的17:30取件时间，但结果还是得在到达取件时打电话给他，因为他当时不在那里。我觉得我们3件随身行李的总费用（约21欧元）有点贵——不过看来这就是行情。

The shop was closed when we arrived (on time) and we had to call the guy to come and let us in. He was friendly enough but wasn't bothered that we'd had to wait. I showed him the 17:30 collection time on the booking email but, again, we had to call when we arrived to collect as he wasn't there. I think the total (about €21) for our 3 carry on bags was a bit steep - but seems the going rate.
