The staff at the storage office was very courteous and helpful. The entire checking in and checking out experience was very smooth. She even asked me if I had taken enough water since it was such a hot day.

Used Radical Storage for the first time whilst in Italy. One was a restaurant, the other a launderette. Both were perfect locations for what I needed. Friendly enough, easy to drop off and collect. I needed to amend a booking and the Radical Storage staff offered great customer experience which eased the stress of an error that l made. Will recommend and use again even in my own country now I know about them.

The overall experience was very good. The location was very good with easy access by public transport. The staff at the book shop where the storage was located was nice and friendly. The only downside was that the place was somewhat difficult to find using Googlemaps because it was located in a basement at the street corner. Aside from that a good experience.
