Fantastic, friendly team. I came with an already broken suitcase and one of the staff members tried to fix it for me! When I came in to collect something out of my bag (but leaving my bag), they noticed where a tube station door had shut on my shoulder and offered paper towels and water - without me even saying anything! I’ll definitely leave my luggage here again
